Have you done all of your Christmas shopping yet? I recently spent a few hours trawling through The Courier-Mail archives. These old ads are a fascinating find. They date from 1920-50 and were published in the month of December. Some are funny, and others are downright sexist. Either way, it’s a intriguing glimpse into Christmas gift-giving from the days of old.
